other game that may be in the trees. This point will knocksmall game out but will not stick in a tree thus saving thearcher many tough climbs. I like to use blunts on all smallgame, especially rabbits.
Fig. 24A is a modern broadhead. It will be noted that thisis a fabricated product. Two formed sides are electric weldedto a blade; this reinforces the head at points of greatest strain,especially the point. This is made from about 30 carbon steeland tempered to about the hardness of a knife blade. Theedges are ground very sharp. It weighs 135 grains.
